
Broken scale?
This isn’t my first time at this party…I played the sugar detox game last year around this time. It lead up to a trip to Tremblant which was a man feast of eating and drinking.
This attempt will take a couple pauses throughout, one day off a week maybe…more?
The important stuff–>The last time I did this I started at a whopping 242 pounds…this time I’ve managed to pack on an additional 8 pounds. I blame it on the broken wrist in November…I was under 240 before a drunken driveway plyobox jump. I gained 15 pounds in 2 weeks after the cast hit the skin.

Not the funniest quote I’ve ever posted, but a somber beginning deserves such prose. The thought of coconut flour egg biscuits is not making my morning…maybe I’ll have to find some bacon…
I see one of my buddies is starting a diet of 4 shakes a day today, Good old Parker, the best life insurance salesman around—check him out– [3]http://www.ottawalifeinsurance.ca . Parker is battling the same sort of extra carry-on that I am, not sure I could suffer just shakes though.
Tonight is poker night…I’ll have to be super good all day because I do plan on having a few beers over cards tonight…
