The man weight drops off!

The best thing about the man diet is the first 10 pounds. I’ve been over this many many times, man weight can fluctuate 10 pounds any given day.

The first 10 pounds of man weight is really all in the mind, its make believe.

For example, this morning (2 am thanks to a 3 years old), I weigh in at 243.8. 6.2 pounds lighter than yesterday.

How?

Man weight.

Ya I went to the gym, the new local gym, plyomax. It’s okay. For a new gym the ratio of gym douche to human was astronomical.

There are 3 guys and 3 women in the gym and 2 of the chicks and 1 of the guys are reserving equipment using towels and dumbbells while they work on other equipment…

It’s very important when there are 4 people in a 9000 square foot gym that you ensure no one touches anything you might want to use.

If you ever wonder which guy is reserving equipment…he has tribal etched into his haircut… I know that says enough on that subject.

Anyway…the wrist ached, legs killled, back sore…all in all a wonderful experience.

The new gym is nice enough, it uses torque equipment, legendary for making equipment set up for people under 5’5. Not a good starting point for 6’3 when you have to begin a squat on your knees…

On the bright side, the Athletic club opens just across the bridge in a year…

I’m going back to the gym today, a light push of this or that, hell I may even break into the 230’s tomorrow.
