Day 7.

Day 7.

239.8 pounds

Lost a bit of weight yesterday. Man weight or real weight… I wonder.

It’s a double-edged sword…man weight.

the 10 top pounds of any fat man that can be dropped and picked up at will.

I’ve see sawed those 10 pounds 300 times in the past 2 years. I know about them all too well.

January 2nd last year I started the 21 day sugar detox and dropped under 230 leading up to a weekend at Tremblant.

It was all man weight as I was back in the 240’s by Sunday. Will this time be different than the last 1000 attempts?

Yesterday I was pretty busy, on my feet all day working on a diesel compressor. It isn’t hammer swinging but it’s not watching TV either.

For breakfast, 2 hard boiled eggs, 2 more of those later in the evening when my food addiction was ringing it’s bell.

For dinner I had old faithful, Men’s Health spicy chicken wings…Just marinated chicken breast. with cucumber on the side. It’s good stuff.

This shows using chicken tenders…whatever that is? I cut up a chicken breast and marinate that. It’s the sauce that counts. Dip it in light blue cheese dressing although I skipped it last night.

239, back in the 230’s…such a pain in the ass! It’s really a stepping stone to 240. son of a ….

The kids were playing a nice street game last night, a dozen kids running around while Dan Auns, my wife, other neighbors and myself discussed my fatness…more directly my running plan but I pointed out the difficulties of a fat man performing these runs. we shall see.

I’m pretty sure I’ll be missing poker this week, the table will thank me. It’s not that I can’t go to poker and not eat 20 egg rolls and drink 6 beers.

I just don’t want to think about eating 20 egg rolls…the beer I can do without…

I’m only punishing myself for a short time, I just have to lose another 13 ish pounds before the 18th of July……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………. It

isn’t going to be easy to lose that much…

Hell that’s 13 pounds in 10 days….and I haven’t seen 226 in 5 years. I might have seen it for 2 minutes after a

long sauna during the sugar detox. tomorrow I’ll try to dig up the old man blog site and check!

That’s it…I await the children to arise from bed and off I go to Winchester to continue to prepare my latest business venture…

Looks good out there, sunny. Get out and soak it up. Cheers
