Okay. Yesterday I did not eat breakfast, for Fanch (the new brunch) I had a sausage on a protein pita.

For dinner I had mens health chili….then I went to poker.

We started early, 5 pm, the earliest start we’ve ever attempted.  Beagle asked for a snow day, which in poker talk means he wants to get out of control, drinking, cranking it up.  The bugger also won over $1000.  I was lucky enough to go home up, not 1000 though.  The game ended at 4 am, 11 hours of cards beers and partying.

How many beer do you think a 240 something pound guy can drink on a snow day in 11 hours?

17…I know, doesn’t seem like much…plus a shot off Jager.

During that 11 hours I also consumed some chicken wings, beef jerky and meat sticks.

The result at 9:30 am?  Did beer and late night meat put me up?  Don’t forget I did go to the gym today and put in a half decent leg and shoulder workout…I worked up a hell of a sweat.

Anyone for bets?  Parker?

Is it possible to consume 40 pounds of beer and lose weight?

It seems that beer is NOT the problem.  Today I weigh in at 240.4

some of that is water lost from around my brain, I can feel that, but some of it has got to be old fashioned fat.

Today I will not go to the gym.  I will consume gatorade and try not to eat junk food.
